Grand Parkway?s Segment E work to cause I-10 closures
The closures will allow crews to hang beams for the northbound and southbound main lanes of the new 15-mile segment, which traverses the Katy Prairie between U.S. 290 and Interstate 10. The Grand Parkway is a proposed 180-mile outer loop surrounding the Houston area.
