House Speaker Allen West?

Twelve Republicans did not vote for Boehner to be reelected House Speaker yesterday. Two of them voted for ex-congressman Allen West (the speaker doesn't have to be a House member). West is certainly better than Boehner, but that is not saying much, and West is still a warmonger and Tea Party statist.
